  Arrived with a hole in the seam, women’s hair in the bag it was sealed in. Messages the seller to say I’d like a replacement sending out and to return this one but no answer or apology. Instead I had to go out of my way to send it back without having it replaced costing me more in fuel & packaging than it was worth🙃

  I would not buy off this seller. My sheet came ripped with a hole and clearly damaged. They initially responded to my message to say that it wasn’t delivered like that. I provided proof and since then have been ignored. I have asked for a refund or for them to send new items but they will not response. Avoid to save your money!

  Seller says my parcel was delivered but I was at work that day and didnt find nowhere in outside my parcel I try contact with seller many times and explain him that I dont get my parcel but he just ignore me. You need to pay for postage as well by the way. Just be aware

  Very disappointed. Wrong item received. I had to open it to find it was not what I had ordered. On return I had not folded it correctly. So £3.50 was deducted from the refund ?
