Keine Kommunikation aber das ist nicht schlimm, bringt etwas Geduld mit da der gute Herr auf Auftrag los läuft und diese kauft sicherlich. :) Versand ging blitzschnell + als Einschreiben auch noch; Figur kam besser an als man sie hier in DE auch nur kaufen könnte. Verpackung war 1A. Immer wieder gern, top Verkäufer! Preislich ebenfalls nicht viel mehr als in DE.

1 month ago I ordered a figure. 2 weeks later it was sent. I didn't receive the figure I ordered but a completely different one (see picture). The seller said that someone else bought the same figure on the same day which makes no sense. They must have sold it on another platform. Also even if that is true, they still took this small and cheap figure, packed it, declared the original value and send it to me. Now I'm sitting on custom fees and nobody is refunding them. Avoid this seller.

The pricing is ok, the packaging is great and the item matches the description. However, they REALLY need to improve their chat team, as I didn't receive any responses from them during shipping time. Also, I paid on the 6th of Feb, but the shipping only happened on the 20th of Feb, which is questionable. And of course no update or response was made until that time.

The figure is great quality and it looks good, seller communication was a bit a hard he doesn’t answer fast to questions and takes his time with it, the box was damaged and crunched fortunately the figure wasn’t damaged I recommend for better wrapping to the box so it will keep its value and shape use things like styrofoam or things like this so it will be packed safely, the shipping tracker was broken after two updates it just wasn’t didn’t status update anymore I was surprised it had arrived

I was a little worried about how long they took to ship at first since it took a little longer than expected (about 3 weeks), but they did ship and arrived in about the time expected after that! Very well packaged, all in great shape and individually wrapped (I removed the wrapping on the one in the photo). I recommend this seller if you're good with being a little patient!
