The picture was encased in a protective plastic sleeve with a cardboard next to it, inside the sleeve. On the other side was another cardboard. Both cardboards kept the package from getting bent in the mail. That was all placed in an outer cardboard envelope. The picture arrived in perfect condition and just as pictured on eBay. It's an original autographed picture, so it came with a Certificate Of Authenticity. Fast delivery.

Initially, the wrong picture was sent by accident. Joe Motes was prompt to make it right. We made arrangements to return the wrong picture and Joe resent the correct one, including reimbursement for my return postage. You could ask for better business ethics than this man has. Thank you Joe Motes!
