    I bought a sellotape dispenser from this seller, but in the event they were unable to dispatch the item as they spotted that it was damaged, and they had no remaining stock to send out. My initial disappointment was soon dispelled by the speed and efficiency with which they informed me of the situation, and responded by an immediate 'reverse payment' through PayPal.     THIS SELLER IS A SCAMMER !!! EBay is removing mine previous feedbacks !! Reported him about 5 times and nothing has been done!! EBay ain’t safe place to buy anymore!!!!bought x12 packing tape - received 3! Used 2 straight away waited for outstanding 9 ! Send me some weird messages and asked to return the item which clearly I couldn’t! EBay closed the case 5 times !!!!! Spend hours on the phone with eBay and they done absolutely nothing .
