Hey there! Apologies you weren't satisfied with dispatch, I did get this one sent out the day after you had purchased it from what I can see 😊 Maybe Royal Mail were a bit slow on there end, but not ideal for you regardless. The power supply comment in the listing relates to the battery being not tampered with. I should probably change the wording to make it more understandable.
