Hi, quite surprised by these 3 feedbacks you have left. Your first order you wanted to go to a PO Box which was rejected by the courier and refunded. Then your second/third order, you messages us after we shipped it out to changed from Matt to Gloss, you then opened and closed down a return request. So what exactly could we have done to improve your experience?
