Seller did not respond to a return request for an item that was clearly mislabeled. As I received the item I just looked at them and saw they were to small. I paid for shipping to receive the item and I asked with no response to ship the item back since they were clearly not the size I ordered. I sent a couple emails including pictures to justify my request. Unfortunately this seller just wanted to get rid of the item to someone else. I guess I'll be nice and give them to someone they'll fit.

You never requested a return. You demanded that I pay for the return and if not, you threatened me with a negative review. If you had followed ebay procedures then I would have accepted a return as I do with all my buyers.
