  Jacket came without washing instructions (missing label), claimed in listing that it was cotton. I made the mistake of guessing ordinary machine wash, item shrank & felted not like any cotton I've seen. Said to seller I don't think this is cotton, do you take any responsibility? Their answer: they never said _100%_ cotton, it was handwash only & I should've guessed! So yeah my mistake to guess wrong, but if you _know_ it's handwash, why not put that in the listing?
