  I purchased this item and due to a confusing item description, the wrong item was received. I explained the situation to the seller and they were very understanding. Although there was a mishap, they went above and beyond what they didn't have to do, nor did I even have to ask for, to make it right. I'm glad there are still great customer service businesses still out there and I will purchase from them again.

  Timely delivery. Packaged well, and item as described. These earbuds are a gift for someone, and they still have not been unpackaged, so I cannot rate the product as of yet. However, everything seems to be fine in terms of quality and appearance of newness. Price is good. I have multiple JBL products and they have all been good, so I expect the recipient of these buds to be satisfied. I would do business with the seller again.

  Item exactly as described. Order was for a birthday present. I was given an expected delivery date which was well before the birthday date. Order was shipped through USPS and delivery date was extended 3 times. I finally received the order days after the birthday. Seller needs to rethink shipping options as USPS is no longer a reliable option.
