arrived saturday before halloween in a lightweight plastic bag, no inner packaging, brittle plastic headband the halo connected to snapped in pieces in transit and now cannot use, so unhappy child. informed them and requested a return or refund as no time to send a replacement to me for monday & they have completely ignored me and the ebay request for 5 days now, its cheap yes but your customer service is still very poor hence feedback which i would not have left at all if dealt with correctly.
