  I ordered a 12 penguin stair toy at full price and received a small 3 duck stair toy with the penguin transport label over the top. Seller will not refund me unless I pay for the mistake they made to be returned to them. Have said it's not my responsibility....I didn't order it. Many emails with them demanding same thing and offering partial refunds but never have they offered to send the product ordered and paid for. They are no longer communicating. I find it difficult to trust this supplier.
