Seller claimed one item from my order was out of stock, despite it being listed in three other listings of hers as in stock and available for christmas delivery. She then said she was going to send an extra bar as an apology for the inconvenience but didn't. Nor has she refunded the "out of stock" item. Wouldn’t deal with again, definitely wouldn't recommend.

I try and keep stock levels up to date as accurately as possible but in busy Xmas periods this isn’t always possible messaged seller immediately and alternate options given. Customer service is of highest importance always! Seller has then gone on to re buy from me at the same time despite me informing not in stock and then has left me multiple rude and scathing inaccurate negative feedback (x4) Very frustrating as a good honest and kind seller (as can be seen in all my other honest feedback

Photos clear show items, brand new with tags No damage and also no contact made to discuss, Customer service very important to me, so had contact been made I’d of sorted it out immediately

No contact made, customer service is e greatly important to me and would always e tofu any issues. I check every item thoroughly before sending, so damage caused it transit. Would have replaced if made aware
