    Hi Karateka95,Thank you for your feedback. We tier our packaging based on customer spend. Over £10 items come in a box. In honesty, this is more to do with the rare occasion that a card may need returning. We want to receive it in the condition that we send it out, and so a box with secure fixing gives us the reassurance that an item won't be returned in substandard packaging.We endorse recycling, so please feel free to reuse the box for any future postage needs that you have.Many thanks
