    Very thin material, which wouldn t matter if it was packaged correctly. Instead it arrived (after delays) crushed flat in a plastic bag! Terrible condition. Whilst the product is not great and the packaging totally inadequate I have to say the response from the business was fantastic and they immediately gave me a full refund. Very happy with their response hence changing this from negative to positive due to customer service.

    A first class seller, unfortunately I can't say the same for the courier who delivered my order damaged which I put down to them, not the seller as it was well packaged, when I contacted the seller they gave me an instant refund, no messing. I would recommend and use this seller again for any future purchases as I'm confident that if there was a problem it would be sorted straight away with no fuss.

    The decal arrived creased and folded and I wasn’t happy about that so I contacted the seller and sent photographs. They responded quickly. They were kind enough to refund my money which I didn’t ask for. Most importantly, they apologised and were going to look at their quality control for those kind of things. I suggest if you have any problems with them, you contact them 1st to resolve the issue because they are very good at that. For this reason, I am leaving them full positive feedback.

    The seller was fine, no problem but if I had known that the courier service was Yodel then I would not have not ordered. Yodel took charge of it on the Weds and did nothing with it until over the weekend. This is common for Yodel. Why do they have to sit on the package/parcel for at least half a week and often longer before going ahead with the delivery. I ordered an item from China the same day which arrived thru' Evri after just 4 days.
