    Item as described Appalling Delivery from Yodel driver So slow service to begin with Watched him on my Ring door camera as we were away on the day. No time to speak to him. Literally threw the package on the concrete drive by the front door and rang the doorbell as he ran off! Our neighbour took the parcel in for us as we were away for two more days. YODEL WHY Cheap!!!!

    Very thin material, which wouldn t matter if it was packaged correctly. Instead it arrived (after delays) crushed flat in a plastic bag! Terrible condition. Whilst the product is not great and the packaging totally inadequate I have to say the response from the business was fantastic and they immediately gave me a full refund. Very happy with their response hence changing this from negative to positive due to customer service.

    Great product, great price and delivered as promised. Please be aware that this seller is doing what a lot of sellers are doing and marking the item as despatched as soon as they get tracking details, when in fact they don't send their items for days later. Check their estimated delivery date!!

    Ordered a hydrometer. Took 12 days to arrive.This glass instrument was sent in a thin plastic bag. Arrived broken of course. Correspondence after that was barely comprehensible. Was told that their procedural protocols for sending a replacement would take 30 days. What?. This seller obviously did not want to replace it, because after a reluctant agreement to be repaid, the repayment was made the same day. Useless and terrible Ebay seller. Avoid.

    The decal arrived creased and folded and I wasn’t happy about that so I contacted the seller and sent photographs. They responded quickly. They were kind enough to refund my money which I didn’t ask for. Most importantly, they apologised and were going to look at their quality control for those kind of things. I suggest if you have any problems with them, you contact them 1st to resolve the issue because they are very good at that. For this reason, I am leaving them full positive feedback.
