I purchased this item & asked if I could pay extra to have it delivered first class. I was very kindly told that there was no need to pay extra postage. It was then delivered within 24 hours. When the unit was being fitted we discovered there was a small burner top missing, they offer to send a complete unit if we return the first unit. I explained that as the unit had been fitted we both try to locate the missing part to save on delivery cost, labour and the messing of refitting a second unit, I locate a part that fits but has a slightly different shade but we would go with it cost £20, would they refund me the £20 not a chance, there excuses for non payment were just embarrassing.
