Buyer returned item because he didn't just like the product. Upon inspection of the item, buyer had dipped his hands into the cream and used part of it. Surely you cannot expect a full refund for the item. Contacted buyer on solution and he refused to respond. I had to contact ebay who resolved the issue by closing the case and still refunded the buyer their full money as a good will gesture. Who is the scammer here?
