    The item arrived very well packed and protected, but it was broken. I assume this happened in transit. However, I got in touch with the seller and they refunded my money straightway. They were polite and courteous. The item looked very good quality ceramic, and was a good price, so it's sad that I couldn't use it.

    Awful seller, half my order arrived broken due improper packing, but blames the courier. Items a diffrent colour than discribed, i orderrd whote and was sent cream. Ignored my messages all weekend, struggling to get a return/refund sorted out a week after reporting the issue. Now having to get ebay involved to resolve the problem. Don't waste your time with this seller and shop else where.

    After I ordered the item I received a message from the seller as that item was out of stock but they would contact me when they had more. The problem I had it was a gift and it had to be delivered by 24th July, so I asked the seller to cancel the order as I found another one that would be delivered for that date. They were apologetic and would refund me and I received the refund a few days later. Very good response from the seller.
