The figurine arrived broke showed pictures to the seller and was told to put it together. The box was banged up and worn and the support stantion is chipped on bottom. Seller offered a PARTIAL REFUND. Seller stated everything was because of the carrier and the seller is not responsible but was being kind. Unfortunately I ordered a second one before receiving this one. I HOPE IT TURNS OUT BETTER THA THIS. No way this riverine broke during shipping the box was insulated to good inside. 😒
