I sent photos to the seller, and their only solution was for me to return it. Not only did I lose a week waiting to install the light for my customer, but now I also have to waste time packing and returning it. I even offered to keep it with a $60 discount so I could repair it, but the damage was huge and the seller refused. Very disappointing experience.
