  After my previous experience trying to buy a silent upright (didn’t go well) I was nervous to buy this. Immediately contacted the seller asking speed of shipping and they said they would send that Monday! (Saturday was the day) so I bought it!! Had to call fedex and fill out a form and stuff for international. The seller was so helpful!! They gave me a fedex call line and even though I was calling them everyday, it made it to me. The bass is so GREAT!!! Plays and sounds amazing!! Thank you!!
