Hello, we are JPS Imports and Liquidation. We are a newly formed company and have been trading on eBay for the last 16 months. Our values are to sell everyday items for lower prices. We understand that times are difficult currently due to the fuel and economic crisis and are trying to give people high quality items for a below retail prices.

We supply a wide variety of items from household products, electricals and leisure products to suit all ages and needs.

We pride ourselves on giving the highest levels of customer service, responding to all queries and answering questions as quickly as possible, as it is 'you' the customer who is at the heart of what we do.     I ordered 2 of these but only 1 was despatched. So I contacted the company and they despatched another 1 for me, the first one that arrived was complete but the second one had three things missing the container cap the cleaning brush and one of the spraying nozzles which were all in the description of the product so a little disappointed

    It took too long to receive it, contacted the seller about the issue and get my refund back, he was brilliant and understanding and refunded me the same day, when item arrived I refused the delivery and item was sent back to seller.     Item arrived well packaged small amount of dust so I’m assuming this was a return item? Even tho was listed as new. Only “issue” was that it arrived looking nothing like the listing picture should have been plastic with blue and black but arrived with a silver tub and grey and yellow accents. Still happy with it as it is the right brand and power specs etc
