Hello, we are JPS Imports and Liquidation. We are a newly formed company and have been trading on eBay for the last 16 months. Our values are to sell everyday items for lower prices. We understand that times are difficult currently due to the fuel and economic crisis and are trying to give people high quality items for a below retail prices.

We supply a wide variety of items from household products, electricals and leisure products to suit all ages and needs.

We pride ourselves on giving the highest levels of customer service, responding to all queries and answering questions as quickly as possible, as it is 'you' the customer who is at the heart of what we do.     The item is in new condition and works perfectly, arrived quickly too and was well packaged. Unfortunately a part is missing (one of the two small black stoppers on the lid, see pic). We have tried to contact the seller to ask if they could replace this part, but the links on the eBay page give no working options for making contact with the seller. We hope the seller might see this and get in touch please? Thanks!

    Item was described as brand new, unfortunately I received a clearly used one with visible wear and tear. It was sent in a battered box held together with parcel tape, not the original packaging. The seller blamed agency staff over Christmas, but it’s obvious when an item is brand new and when it has been used. To their credit, they offered a replacement, but by then I had already ordered from a more reputable company. Based on this experience, I can't recommend the seller or the item.
