    Great transaction, everything as expected, great communication, accurate description, good quality and value. Packaging could have been better as it’s an heavy item and it got tossed around on transportation, the thin cardboard box is not fit for transport, arrived in pieces. Luckily the driveshaft is not damaged but you may not be so lucky next time.

    The product was as described and I was sceptical as my model has 6 variants of shaft and it was right! Very good price with free next day delivery, but to no fault of their own, the tracking updates didn’t work so I sent an email and got a prompt reply and was assured it would be with me within a few hours which it was! Customer service 5stars, product 5stars. Thank you guys if I need one again in the future I will be buying!

    Honest next day delivery,Great communication,helpful, i ordered the wrong part and didn’t know until it arrived,I contacted seller and this issue was resolved instantly with the correct part arriving next day and other returned at sellers cost with no issues.great company with quality parts at very reasonable prices my local part dealer was double the price for this part and the guys at the garage also rated the quality and price of parts from this company compared to local part suppliers

    Boxes arrived damaged in transit, contacted the company and they said to check over the products for damage which I did and there was none thankfully. Had the items installed and no issues at all, would recommend. Great customer service, quality product, great value, initial condition in the box wasn’t great but they are heavy/awkward items to transport. Bubble wrap might be worth adding into boxes just incase.

    ***USE THIS SELLER*** A credit to eBay and their own company. Received a drive shaft that was ordered/sent in error ( wrong part ) Contacted the seller and issue was replied to and correct part dispatched all within a few minutes. Correct part arrived next day to be swapped with the original part sent. No drama, no return postage, no questions, just swapped for the correct part. If only all eBay sellers were this competent .
