  This transaction was unusual. The seller contacted me a few days after dispatch to inform me that the items had been lost in transit. I was immediately given a full refund without having to ask. However, a week later the package arrived. I offered to refund the refund but the seller said just to treat it as a gift (the value of the items was small). Even though the problems were caused by a 3rd party, the seller took full responsibility and acted honestly and openly throughout.
