    Before I made the purchase of these items I asked the seller if I can have two extra letters added to the covers. I was told yes that won't be a problem. These extra letters are also advertised on the sellers page. When I placed the orders I included a reminder note. To my surprise the extra letters were not on the items that I ordered. This is the second seller in the last 30 days that didn't send me what I ordered. In these two cases the seller and Ebay are winners financially.

    Customizations are possible when the buyer confirms following purchase. This buyer did no such confirmation and even stated that he wanted the cover as shown in the listing. He received exactly what is in the photo. The screenshot in his feedback was sent after he received the items, not prior to purchase.
