    Unfortunately the Royal Mail Lost my Genuine Kwack Part, that was shipped to me by this Awesome Seller. After bringing the matter to the sellers attention & that the tracking details, state item has not been delivered but is in their possession with details stating!! We Are Running Behind, This Is Due To Bad Weather!! Estimated Delivery was Monday 13th January, to Saturday 18th January. Still to this day, they don't want me having my part coz they'd rather keep it for themselves!! Full No Quibbl
