Quick shipper. Unfortunately, despite packing the item well, it still was damaged during shipping and arrived with a few chips off the top of the mug. I contacted seller with photos and they immediately provided a refund. I offered to ship the item back, but was told to keep it and use it for a display instead of as a mug.
