  Had a terrible experience with this seller. The Item arrived damaged. The item was just placed in box without any protection, i.e., bubble wrap, etc. The seller sent a shipping label and upon receipt, said that I smashed the item. It's sad when someone can't accept accountability or responsibility, and tries to blame others.

  Client ordered. Complained about shipping time even though it arrived early. Proceeded to send back a damaged massager which was not the same as the one sent to them. Really dirty customer. Do business at your own risk.
