  As described, but package didn’t arrive at my Click & Collect location and sellars records stated it has been delivered and handed to a resident!?? Seller was really good, kept in regular contact with me via email. It took almost 2 weeks but I Seller sent new order which I collected from my C & C location

  Item was described as 24 hour delivery. A week later still no delivery, contacted the sale many times but they just kept saying they would investigate and kept asking for more time. I asked if they could send a replacement but they wouldn’t. Asked for a refund but just kept asking for more time. Had to report to eBay.
