- We pack our items like we would want to receive them. Items are shipped in boxes (not easily crushed envelopes) with adequate padding circling the entire item. Our goal is to avoid shipping damage, so you receive the product you ordered in the condition described.
- We combine shipping when possible. Most items can be added to an order and you will only pay for the added weight and/or girth. Please contact us prior to payment so we can send you a customized invoice reflecting the combined shipping discount.
