I ordered this item and arrived in the box damaged and smashed (glass) so I sent pictures to show ! Was offered £10 off to keep it ! Why would I want it when it’s no good ! Then was told 40% refund offered … I said give me full refund for what I payed and il let them off £5 postage because they did post it and they did pay for that !! Still nothing payed if refund is received I will change this feed back !! But why pay for something that’s smashed and still have to pay over half the price -10

Gave this seller over a week ago £150 for 2 items which have never turned up and all I received back was an automated reply with a scam Yodel tracking number which didn't exist. Courier was meant to deliver within 3 days it says- now been 8 and these items don't even exist believe me. Livid comes nowhere near and if don't arrive soon - reporting to the Police as sick to death of criminal scammers on here

Came on time noticed a few scratches sent images to the seller who responded quickly and offered a partial refund or replacement which I was happy with great customer services really shocked at some of the reviews considering the way they have handled things has been great for me the lamp is beautiful looks so much nicer then the images online 10/10 service from this company can’t fault them
