I ordered this item and arrived in the box damaged and smashed (glass) so I sent pictures to show ! Was offered £10 off to keep it ! Why would I want it when it’s no good ! Then was told 40% refund offered … I said give me full refund for what I payed and il let them off £5 postage because they did post it and they did pay for that !! Still nothing payed if refund is received I will change this feed back !! But why pay for something that’s smashed and still have to pay over half the price -10

Gave this seller over a week ago £150 for 2 items which have never turned up and all I received back was an automated reply with a scam Yodel tracking number which didn't exist. Courier was meant to deliver within 3 days it says- now been 8 and these items don't even exist believe me. Livid comes nowhere near and if don't arrive soon - reporting to the Police as sick to death of criminal scammers on here

Item came damaged however was packed properly so im assuming its the courier service as it was in a lot of bubble wrap and cardboard then more bubble wrap and the final box but the seller was lovely and professional gave me a full refund asap will purchase again and hope this doesnt put other people off as they had amazing customer service very very happy
