The box was more than "tattered" and was completely ripped open (I have photos of it). I understand some things are out of the sellers control with postage however the package was not packed properly with only a few bits of sticky tape on the big tears in the original shoe box. The package should have been placed in another postage bag or box given the price paid for the item and shipping costs.

Hello. Sorry about this situation. The box was tattered at our end, next time will take pictures for our archive and proof. Yes you are right we should have put in another box cuz it was an international sell. You paid postage cuz it was an international sell. We have free postage on all our items. Once again sorry about this inconvenience. We learned our experience. Cheers.
