    Ordered a projector, works great, was listed as new but the box was open, however everything was pristine and even still has the plastic protective wrap on projector. There was an issue with UPS and the tracking. 3 days after the order UPS still said they didn't have the package, seller responded very quickly to let me know this was an issue with UPS, and they were right. UPS ended up providing me the wrong tracking info and sellerI contacted them and fixed it. Good service, and quality products
