    Prompt posting, securely wrapped, for transit. I like it very much. Thank you. About the Courier, he didn’t contact me, I live on the first floor of a small block with entry phone system. I found the parcel outside on the door step. The only way I found out it was there, was a neighbour bringing it to me, as his parcel had been left outside too. They did this the last time I bought a Kipling Bag from you, they left it outside & didn’t bother to contact. Apart from this. I love my little bag 🙏🏼

    Sorry to hear about your problem with delivery, I have tried most courier services over many years and though not perfect Evri have proved the most reliable. They do ask me to provide feedback to them and I will highlight your issue. As a customer you should also have the opportunity to rate your courier and pass on your concerns.
