Unable to secure an alternative for one and an incorrect fabric label in the other the seller has agreed to provide a full refund (the first already has been confirmed).

I contacted the seller and with good communication they have re sent my items I originally ordered, which I have received within two days. They fit perfectly and are of good quality.   After purchase - I was messaged to inform that they were out of stock, so bought elsewhere. Then told they were back in stock the following day over 24 hours after the initial message. I was refused a refund and told to reject the delivery instead. Being out - they were delivered. Asked fore their return address, and no details forthcoming. I'd avoid dealing with them all together. Disorganised and then (in their error) not helpful to resolve. Shop elsewhere...!
