Unfortunately the second statue was damaged by the courier - it was well packed, so had obviously been mishandled by the carrier UPS - despite handle with care and fragile marked tape being used. I brought it to the attention of the seller, who despatched a replacement immediately - I was impressed until the replacement also arrived damaged. Ronny called me to apologise and issued an immediate refund. 5 stars!

Received it within 4 days, I would have received it within 2 days from ordering, but the courier left it outside someone else’s property and unfortunately they were away at the time. Contacted seller who promptly replied and issued another one to be sent out. Feel bad for them that they have to do this but as for me, I’m very impressed with this seller and their products, and most of all, their customer service.
