  Daughter delighted with Big G, who arrived well packed and in perfect condition, but too late for her birthday party. Have only given seller 4 stars for Dispatch and Communication as original delivery date past with no sign of parcel and no message from seller. However on contacting him I discovered there was good reason for the delay and from then on communication was spot on. Would use seller again.

  Great Seller. I bought one of these statues and was impressed enough to buy another. Unfortunately the second statue was damaged by the courier - it was well packed, so had obviously been mishandled by the carrier UPS - despite handle with care and fragile marked tape being used. I brought it to the attention of the seller, who despatched a replacement immediately - I was impressed until the replacement also arrived damaged. Ronny called me to apologise and issued an immediate refund. 5 stars!

  Absolutely love it. Received it within 4 days, I would have received it within 2 days from ordering, but the courier left it outside someone else’s property and unfortunately they were away at the time. I would certainly recommend this seller, the parcel was very well packaged with plenty of bubble wrap and a nice strong box to keep Nessie safe.

  Great item! Nice and quirky to go in my garden! Arrived quickly via UPS, unfortunately some of the items were damaged. Contacted seller who promptly replied and issued another one to be sent out. Feel bad for them that they have to do this but as for me, I’m very impressed with this seller and their products, and most of all, their customer service.
