  Although my package was delivered empty due to customs, I was able to get a full refund for the item. The seller was in communication the entire time, responded to messages, other than delivery being disrupted, everything went well with the transaction. The seller remained professional and respectful throughout the process. eBay stated they're paying my refund, so I'm glad everything worked out for both of us, although I would've loved to have had the jacket.
