Great price and product, have purchased before and probably will again but there are postage issues. It is listed as a 48 (2 day delivery) but no tracking number was provided to me. Item arrived on time but postage label said it was a 24 (next day tracked delivery) and I wasn’t given that tracking info either. I really needed this, thankfully I was at home because it wouldn’t have gone through the letterbox but I had no option to choose a safeplace or redirect

The item arrived but the packaging was in a really bad condition caused by the courier's mishandling and carelessness. So much so that my first impression was that the contents would in some way be damaged. I was initially reluctant to open the package but after contacting the Seller, I was reassured that all would be OK. On opening the package I found the item was undamaged and as described. In conclusion, I am well pleased, all good and have no further issues. Thank you.

Yes it isn’t as thick as the photo suggests, but I (and dog) liked it. Arrives vacuum packed and so extra thin. Just open package up and give a good shake up to raise the pile and it resumes its shape. Good product for price.
