I bought a 20ft flagpole from this vendor, I received a 6ft pole, I asked for a return and I was offered 3 amounts of £4, £7, and £9 , as I’d bought a 20ft pole in good faith all I wanted was the 20ft pole I had originally bought , they told me they didn’t sell a 20 ft pole but I’ve found one from the same vendor, I would never recommend this vendor as I think they are very unprofessional , I have included a screenshot of what I actually bought to warn others, buy at your own risk, terrible,

The item arrived and it was not as described. The seller told me he would give me a £7 refund if I kept the item as the item cost £69. I didn’t think this was even a fair offer or reasonable. I am struggling to get a refund as eBay t&c’s.
