  I ordered three watches but one of them was 'dead on arrival'. After contacting the seller, he quickly sent me a replacement. Excellent service at an amazing price and always good to have a spare watch or two to hand!

  Watches and packaging came damaged. Pictures taken and sent to seller. After many emails, seller agreed to accept refund. However, seller refused to provide a returns label. Instead seller insisted I send back using my own money and seller would refund a Paypal account. I have no Palpal account. Dispute. I called eBay who informed me at senior level that part of Terms and Conditions is sellers are allowed to insist on Palpal. I decided to throw watches away. Will be deleting eBay account soon.
