The dispatch notification was received straight away but then wasn't updated for two days. Once I'd chased JVL the parcel was then collected by the courier (Evri) and was delivered the next day. The correspondence I had back from JVL was polite and they sorted the delivery out as they said they would.

Successful courier was then very dismissive about our experience. Suggest this seller uses a different courier.
