I contacted the seller, who responded immediately to apologise and offered several options to resolve the issue.     Bit of a palaver with this. Paid for it to be sent by a different delivery company than Evri, but an employee failed to register this and so sent it via them, so it took a week to arrive, despite it having a sticker on the packaging saying "next day delivery"! The boss was very good, however, and refunded me more than half of it before it arrived. Then when I was fitting it I found that a pipe connector was broken and so the boss man refunded me for the rest of the amount. 🥴🙃👍
