    Blanket was send out by seller on 15/5/25 contacted seller as it did not arrive on given date. Seller contacted courier but kept waiting for reply from them and than decided to send an other one. Blanket arrived today although it took a long time and to be fair to seller he did all he could do. Can recommend seller we all no things go wrong at times but if put right you only can recommend the seller. Thank you.

    I only received half of my order, so I asked them to resend the item that I didn't receive. When the second package arrived it still didn't contain the item I ordered. However, they sent me 2 ties for the price of 1. I'm guessing that they didn't have the item I ordered in stock, but I do wish they'd have told me this. At least I've gained from their error though.

    Well they say you only know how good a seller is when things go wrong. The phone arrived damaged with a part missing, this seller refunded me straight away & said they would send me another free of charge, I didn't really expect they would, but it arrived today.
