  I purchased a guitar from them which they had listed as open box. Under Ebay s policy, open box means The item is in excellent, new condition with no functional defects. While the pickguard was in the factory wrap, the back of the guitar had several scratches, so it wasn t in excellent or new condition as described. The seller rectified the issue by immediately issuing a partial refund.
