    After this & that, I had to pay for the postal as this seller didn’t pay enough for parcel. The amount I had to pay war £1.50. & seller only refunded me with £1.00 only. Shame on you! I hope you treat other customers with more respect.

    I'm sorry, I wasn't able to issue the full refund you requested due to a technical issue with eBay. My apologies again for miscalculating the DVD's weight when I shipped it. I'll make sure this doesn't happen again.
