broken on arrival they asked me to fix it then they told me to take it to a shop for repair When I refused + wanted to return for a refund I was told it would take a month even though selling same new items with less time to arrived When refused + asked for a refund they refused + offered me 5% then 10% then 25% then 50% off for a broken item I no longer wanted. Then they said they would loose their job if they refunded me Had to get eBay involved then got full refund DONT GIVE IN TO PRESSURE

We have never offered a 5% or 10% discount. After we offered a discount 50% once, you didn't agree that so we have refunded the full amount, and we didn't ask you to return the product. Why did you leave a negative review?

seller DEMANDED poss feedback before refund only when eBay case opened made refund this was always MY RIGHT but seller insisted they were being nice +still DEMANDED poss feedback or they will lose their job. You made me fight for what should have been a simple refund +that is why I left Negative feedback. This is your normal trading practice see other feedback BEST AVOIDED FOR AN EASY LIFE
