Experience-wise, no problem. Item was delivered in a couple days of ordering. Item was securely packed and item looked as described. Quality-wise, one of the zipper pulls literally shattered when I pulled on it. I’m not going to bother to ask for an exchange or to go return it. For $30 I got a bag and a tuner, so I can live with a broken zipper pull so long as the other one doesn’t break.
