  Sellers communication diabolical, it's taken over 2/3 weeks to arrive, I've since bought one from somewhere else. Want to return it but there saying I have to pay postage £3+ , so I'm stuck with it. Useless seller, don't trust them to post it in a hurry . I won't be dealing with them ever again. Not allowed to give negative feedback. Points out of 10 is -100 rubbish.

We dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order (we post Monday-Friday) and your item was on standard second class which now looks to have been delivered. With the greatest respect we have not had any messages from you via eBay messages so if you had alerted us you were still without product then we could have expedited a replacement or refund.
